Moving beyond population-averaged measurements, it enables analysis of combinatorial surface-protein signatures across individual EVs.

Reveal the diversity within a single sample
Vesicode® Surface 550 profiles up to 550 surface proteins on individual extracellular vesicles (EVs), revealing distinct subpopulations and surface-protein signatures that can be hidden in bulk averages.
Across four human cancer cell lines, the t-SNE plots show individual EVs grouped into subpopulations according to their multiplexed surface-protein profiles; each point represents one EV, and colors indicate the identified subpopulation.

Across five biological replicates from each of three human cancer cell lines, the heat map shows distinct and consistent patterns of protein pairs detected on the same EV. Values are row-normalized to highlight relative differences between samples.
