Mito Profiling Service
Measure targeted protein abundance and co-localization on individual mitochondria.
Explore protein signatures across individual mitochondria
Orgcode™ Mito uses soPBA™ (single-organelle Proximity Barcoding Assay) to profile targeted proteins and reveal which proteins are detected together on individual mitochondria, adding molecular context beyond single markers or bulk measurements.
What Orgcode™ Mito can reveal
Measure
Compare relative protein abundance across the targeted panel.
Detect
Identify co-localized protein signatures on individual mitochondria.
Explore
Compare protein patterns across samples, tissues, or conditions.
How the Orgcode™ Mito Early Access Program works
-
Submit an application
Research laboratories, biotechnology companies, pharmaceutical R&D groups, and core facilities may apply. Participation is subject to selection.
-
Application review
Applications are reviewed based on scientific merit, sample suitability, and collaboration potential.
-
Study planning and sample guidance
We work with selected participants on study design and sample preparation.
-
Profiling, sequencing, and data report
Selected samples undergo Orgcode™ Mito profiling, sequencing, and bioinformatics.

Selected laboratories receive complimentary Orgcode™ Mito analysis, data interpretation support, and the opportunity to collaborate with our R&D team. If you have any questions, contact earlyaccess@secretech.com
Orgcode™ Mito data highlights
Exercise-linked shifts in protein signatures
The distributions of PBA-template UMI counts for TOMM6/FUNDC2 and TOMM6/KCNA5 shifted immediately after exercise and at 1h post-exercise in plasma-derived samples.

Tissue-associated protein patterns
Protein profiles from mouse muscle, lung, and heart mitochondria show tissue-associated patterns and variation within each tissue. Colors indicate FlowSOM clusters of profiles with similar protein signatures.

Selected laboratories receive
Complimentary Orgcode™ Mito analysis service
A profiling report and data interpretation support
Direct collaboration with the Secretech Biosciences R&D team
